Refund And Return Policy For Products

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We do not accept

 

  1. any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES & SHIPPING

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our Customer care Team at cubeaexports@gmail.com.Upon receiving your complaint, CUBE-A EXPORTS shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will make a replacement. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by CUBE-A EXPORTS in this regard. In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz: Please notify CUBE-A EXPORTS of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48 hours of your order reaching you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, CUBE-A EXPORTS shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order; Products should be unused/unwashed; CUBE-A EXPORTS will notify you regarding the exchange and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc.; It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit; The returned products are subject to verification and checks by CUBE-A EXPORTS in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If a product returned is duly accepted by CUBE-A EXPORTS, the value of said product, as originally paid by you will be refunded in the form of a store credit/voucher. If the product can be replaced CUBE-A EXPORTS would get the same replaced and send it back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cubeaexports@gmail.com.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, CUBE-A EXPORTS in unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, CUBE-A EXPORTS shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of CUBE-A EXPORTS.

CANCELLATION

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

CREDIT ISSUES

The credits against the customer’s credit card account normally take three (3) business days to be processed. After which, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of processing to show the said credits in the customer’s account.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Hornbill Fashions are only approximate values. Because products on Hornbill Fashions are artisan made, hand woven and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of the country, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors. NO COMPENSATION POLICY

If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the return, credit voucher or exchange of the product. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss to business cases. CUBE-A EXPORTS holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

GENERAL TERMS FOR OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS

CUBE-A EXPORTS shall introduce various offers, promotions, contests from time to time. The Terms & Conditions for these shall be separately called out and CUBE-A EXPORTS reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of Terms & Conditions on such contests or promotions at its discretion at any time without prior intimation. No promotional code and/or coupon can be used against any products from the Sale section. While participating in such contests/promotions, you hereby agree to release and hold CUBE-A EXPORTS harmless from any claims or demand. Winners to contests will be decided by the team at CUBE-A EXPORTS and CUBE-A EXPORTS is not obliged or required to disclose the mechanism of the same. CUBE-A EXPORTS reserves the right to vary any of the Terms & Conditions of the contest and the decision of CUBE-A EXPORTS shall be valid and binding on the contestants. All disputes based on this contest are subject to arbitration and jurisdiction of all such disputes shall be within the Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

This is a service at an additional cost – costs vary based on the product and the pin-code where its needs to be shipped. This is a service offered only on selected products and pin-codes which can be confirmed by calling our Customer care team. In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, CUBE-A EXPORTS will not be liable for the same.
